01 What format are the files? +
PDF, A4 and US Letter, sized for home printers. No special paper required. You can also open them on a tablet for screen use.
02 Do I need to print them? +
Up to you. Most parents print on regular printer paper (or 120-160 gsm card stock for premium decks). Some skip printing and use the PDF on an iPad or in lessons.
03 How many times can I print one product? +
As many as you want, for your own classroom or family. You bought the file, not a single-use license. Commercial resale is not allowed.
04 Are products laminated or physical? +
No, every product is a digital download. You print at home, laminate if you want them to survive sticky fingers.
05 What languages are available? +
Most products ship in English. Selected premium decks add Polish, Spanish, or all three on the same card. Each listing shows the languages it includes.
06 Can I use these in a school or classroom? +
Yes. Single teacher / single classroom is covered. Distributing the PDFs across an entire district or selling copies is not.
07 Do you offer refunds? +
Digital downloads aren't refundable as a rule, but if a file is broken or wrong, write me and I'll fix it or refund, case by case.
08 Is the artwork made by a human? +
Hybrid. Concept, layout, copy and final quality pass are done by me. Illustrations use a mix of hand-painted watercolor and AI-illustrated frames that I review and edit. Honest disclosure rather than hiding it.
09 Where do I download my file after purchase? +
Etsy emails the file link the moment payment clears. Gumroad shows the download in your account page. If anything fails, email me with the receipt and I'll resend.
