These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website neuragrowth.co and the products and services operated by NeuraGrowth ("we", "us", "our"), including the Orqestra creator-office application available at orqestra.pl (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Orqestra is a productivity platform that helps independent creators produce and distribute digital products (PDF guides, prompt packs, printables, learning kits) and the related promotional content. The Services include automated content generation, asset rendering, and — when you connect your own third-party platform accounts — assisted publication of content you have explicitly approved.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at robswierkosz@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
The Services let you connect external platforms (e.g. Etsy, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, MailerLite) via OAuth. You authorise us to call those platforms' APIs on your behalf only to perform the in-app actions you initiate. You remain solely responsible for compliance with each platform's terms, including content rules and rate limits. You may revoke access at any time from the platform's own settings or from Orqestra's Settings page.
You retain ownership of the content you create through the Services. You grant us a limited licence to host, transmit, and process that content solely to operate the Services and execute your requests (for example, to render a PDF, to call a third-party publish endpoint, or to back up your work).
Some features are subject to usage-based fees (for example, AI inference cost or per-call API cost). Pricing is shown in-app before you incur a charge, and a daily cap is enforced per account. Taxes, where applicable, are added on top.
All rights in the Services, the Orqestra brand, the NeuraGrowth brand, the source code, and the templates we provide remain with NeuraGrowth or our licensors. The "NeuraGrowth" and "Orqestra" names and logos are trademarks of NeuraGrowth.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate, fit for purpose, or compliant with the rules of any third-party platform. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuraGrowth's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your use creates a security or legal risk. On termination, the licences you granted us with respect to your content end, except where retention is needed to comply with law or to defend legal claims.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute will be brought before the courts competent for the seat of NeuraGrowth, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
