This Privacy Policy describes how NeuraGrowth ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website neuragrowth.co and our products and services, including the Orqestra creator-office application available at orqestra.pl (collectively, the "Services").
When you connect a third-party platform, your interactions with that platform are subject to the platform's own terms and privacy policy. We only use the access scopes you granted, only on your explicit request inside the Services. We never post, send, or modify content on a connected platform without an in-app action initiated by you for the specific item being posted.
Specifically for TikTok: we request the scopes user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish. We use these only to publish vertical short videos that you have generated and reviewed in Orqestra, to your own connected TikTok account, on your explicit click. We do not read other users' content, do not analyse your TikTok audience, and do not retain video files after the upload completes.
Data is stored on encrypted volumes on a VPS located in the European Union. OAuth tokens and other secrets are encrypted at rest using authenticated symmetric encryption (Fernet / AES-128 with HMAC-SHA256). Transport is TLS 1.2+ end-to-end. Backups are encrypted and rotated nightly.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: (a) the third-party platforms you have explicitly connected, strictly to fulfil your in-app actions; (b) infrastructure subprocessors that host or transmit data on our behalf (e.g. our cloud server provider, our email delivery provider) under data processing agreements; (c) authorities when required by applicable law.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Content you generated is retained until you delete it. OAuth tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect the corresponding integration in Settings. On account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices).
Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, email robswierkosz@gmail.com.
The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
